Villas are spent inside the server: they buy everything in the store. They aren't refundable and don't transfer between accounts. PayPal starts at the US$5 pack and is also in euros; Mercado Pago, bank transfer and Binance start at the smallest pack. If something went wrong with your top-up, message the staff on Discord and we'll look into it. How it all works.
