Louisville Gaming is the store of a El servidor de Project Zomboid en español más grande community. We sell kits, ranks, vehicles and packs that are handed over inside our game server.

We have no relationship with The Indie Stone, with Project Zomboid or with Discord Inc. We're a community of players.

Villas are the platform's credits. Everything in the store is bought with Villas, and Villas are bought in packs; the bigger packs give more Villas for the same money.

Villas only work inside this store. They don't transfer between accounts, they don't convert back into money and they don't expire.

Each product's price is calculated by our server at the moment of purchase. A total arriving from the browser is not accepted.

Payments are made through the methods we publish in the store. After paying you mark the transaction as done and the staff checks it by hand against the actual movement before crediting the balance.

If the amount doesn't match what was declared, we credit what actually arrived and let you know. If we can't find the payment, the request is rejected with the reason in writing.

Orders are handed over inside the server to the character you set as your Project Zomboid nick. Getting that right is your responsibility.

Deliveries are made by a person on the staff, so they depend on someone being online. Every order generates a code you can use to ask about it on Discord.

Once the product has been handed over inside the server, the purchase is final: we don't accept returns or refunds.

For a top-up or delivery error, contact staff from My purchases. Cancelling with a Villas refund requires checking that delivery has not started. Delivered parts or uncertain results must be reviewed before any refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply (article 3 bis of Chile's Law 19.496): Villas are digital content credited to your account to use inside the server. We tell you this, and you accept it, before paying.

Items are lost when you die, except those that say otherwise. Everything we sell can be earned by playing, except cosmetics: here you're buying time, not an advantage.

You're responsible for what happens with your account. If we detect fraud, chargebacks or attempts to manipulate the balance, we suspend it and you lose whatever you had loaded.

You can ask to close your account whenever you like by messaging us on Discord. Unused Villas aren't returned as money.

We may change prices, the catalogue and these terms. Changes apply from the moment they're published and don't affect purchases already delivered.

Every spin is drawn on our server, never on your device. The animation only shows the result. Each prize’s odds are published on the wheel’s page, together with the range they can move in.

Odds for rare, epic and legendary prizes adjust on their own, within the published range, based on what the wheel paid out over the last 7 days. There are also guarantees: after a number of spins without a rare, the next one is rare or better, and epic odds rise after a long streak until it is guaranteed. The exact rules and how far you are are shown on the wheel’s page.

Every spin is recorded with the odds it had, the day’s adjustment and your streak. If you think a spin went wrong, write to us with the date and we will review it.

The wheel is for 18+ only. Prizes are Villas or in-game items: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the store. Play with what you can spare; if it gets out of hand, stop.
