Only what the store needs to work:

• From your account: your email, your username and, if you sign in with Discord, your Discord ID, your name and your avatar.
• From your profile: the country you pick, your profile icon and, if you arrived with an invite code, who invited you.
• From the game: the Project Zomboid nick you set, so we know which character to hand your purchases to.
• From your purchases: what you ordered, when, how many Villas you spent and the full history of your balance.
• From your payments: the declared amount, the method you used, the reference and any receipt you upload.
• From support: the messages you send us through the store chat and the images you attach.
• Technical: if you turn on notifications, the identifier your browser gives us to send them. Our providers also keep logs of each visit, such as the IP address and browser, for security and to keep the site running.

We don't store card details or bank credentials. Payments happen outside the site, on Mercado Pago, PayPal or Binance: we only see what you tell us and the receipt.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, or third-party trackers.

To hand you what you buy, verify your payments, handle your complaints and keep the server's books. Nothing else.

We use your data because it's needed to give you what you asked for: your account, your purchases and their delivery. We also keep payment and balance records because they are the server's bookkeeping.

The server staff, to do their job. Moderators see payments and orders; the finances and payment details are only seen by the owner.

The database runs on Supabase with row-level security: each player can only read their own data, and neither they nor the staff can edit a balance by hand without it being recorded.

So staff find out in time, every payment or redemption sends a notice to private staff channels on Discord and Telegram, with your username, your nick, your country, what you bought and, for payments, the photo of the receipt.

We don't sell or hand over your data to anyone.

The monthly ranking shows the username, icon and position of the most active players in the store. It doesn't show amounts.

The latest prizes list of each wheel shows only the first letters of the winner's name.

The purchase and movement history is kept while you have an account, because it's the backing for your balance and for any complaint. Payment receipts are kept in private storage and only opened by the staff reviewing that request.

You can ask us to see your data, correct it, delete it, stop using it for something in particular, or give you a copy to take with you. Write to us on Discord from the account you use to sign in to the store, so we know it's you.

If you close your account, we delete it along with your personal data; accounting records stay anonymized, because they are the server's financial record. You can change your nick and your Discord yourself from your account at any time.

We answer within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country; in Chile, the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales.

The site runs on Vercel; the database, sign-in and files, on Supabase. Sign-in and roles go through Discord, staff notices through Discord and Telegram, and payments through Mercado Pago, PayPal or Binance. YouTube videos only load when you tap one, in their cookie-free version. Each service has its own privacy policy.

Because we use these services, your data is stored and processed outside Chile, mainly in the United States.

We have no relationship with The Indie Stone or Project Zomboid. We are a community of players.

We only use what the site needs to work. Since there are no advertising or analytics cookies, we don't ask for separate permission:

• Session: keeps you signed in (sb-…-auth-token).
• Language: remembers the language you picked (lvgg:idioma), for one year.
• Player view: staff only, when they look at the store as a player (lvgg_vista).
• In your browser: the cart, currency, sound and the notices you've already seen are kept in local storage and never leave your device.

If you block them in your browser, you can still browse the site, but you won't be able to sign in or buy.
